With 18+ years’ experience in real estate, Seletra sets the pace at Elizabeth Road and believes that integrity and skill will always lead to a win-win situation. She dreams big but is down-to-earth, making her a pleasure to work with whether you’re selling or buying a home in the Greater Richmond Region or Northern Virginia. As an excellent contract writer and skilled negotiator, Seletra leverages state-wide market knowledge to serve the best interests of her client in every capacity, while demonstrating a strong commitment to the highest professional standards.

Along with her family and her firm, Seletra serves fellow Virginians by engaging in local community services and public initiatives designed to elevate quality of life and standards for all its members. Previously, Seletra worked for the Commonwealth of Virginia Division of Real Estate Services as the Capitol Square Transaction Manager.

Seletra and Jason have two sons, and take every opportunity to provide them first hand experience on the benefits of owning a business and the virtues of a dedicated work ethic.

A member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Realtors (GRACRE), Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and ranked a “Top 20 Richmond Agent on Social Media”, Seletra enjoys “eating her way through Richmond restaurants” as well as touring wine vineyards during her free time. Seletra is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.
