The best agent hands down!! I hired Seon to list my elderly mother’s home and he went above and beyond repeatedly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and help us understand everything that was going on. He kept us informed immediately of any showings, offers, and/or issues. He is excellent at his job and was able to get my mother’s home sold for the asking price very quickly and with only one picture in the listing!!! If you need to sell or buy a home this is who you want to represent you. He will be available to answer any questions and is great at helping you understand everything that is going on, so especially if you are a first time buyer this is the guy you want. I was ordered by the court to sell my house immediately because my ex demanded it. I was desperate. I began looking for an agent and was lucky enough to find the most talented real estate agent in the world. This man took my old home built in 1969 and turned it into a fantastic buy. He sold it in 2 weeks and at a higher price they I imagined it was worth. He was incredible. I was still living in the home with my 11 month old great-granddaughter and he made every visit by perspective buyers convenient for me. He called frequently to update me on progress and made suggestions to help me pack 22 years of living in 14 days. He was amazing. After looking the property over he set a super high price on it and promised it would sell in two weeks. It did. He handled everything professionally and efficiently. He explained every step of the process and even worked with my ex to allow me to stay removed from his new wife. It was a heart wrenching move but Seon gave me peace of mind and a new start. You can not go wrong by hiring him to find you a home or to sell your present home.
