Serena Richards

Serena loves real estate, negotiating deals and helping people. This is her ideal profession. To Serena, her clients are always first and she strives to provide a comprehensive package that meets all of their real estate and investing goals. She believes in a concierge-level service, where the process from start to finish is managed personally and professionally. Having lived in the NY and CT areas for over 20 years, Serena has a well-established knowledge of lower Fairfield County, especially Darien, Rowayton, New Canaan and Stamford, where she concentrates her business.

After growing up in Chicago and graduating from the University of Chicago, a move to the bustling energy of New York led Serena to a position in Corporate Communications at JP Morgan and later, to Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers in New York and San Francisco. She is grateful for these experiences as they imprinted upon her the importance of fulfilling the specific needs of each client with dedicated, individualized plans and crafting a unique marketing experience.

Serena is a proponent of educational excellence, an active volunteer in the school systems, and a supporter of youth athletics and the visual and performing arts. In her spare time, she enjoys all things related to architecture, design, construction, and “building things” in general.
