Serge Brice, a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent with over 10 years of experience in real estate acquisition and disposition, across most asset classes including commercial, residential, and multi-family investment properties.

Over the years Serge’s personal investment strategy has been solely focused on the acquisition of income-producing residential and commercial properties in York, Pennsylvania. Serge believes that keeping a presence in one town allows the company to develop a reputation. Serge is currently a student at Harvard GSD, CCIM Candidate and also a member of ULI.
