Not all realtors are created equal!

From the start I was incredibly impressed with Sergio’s expertise in his profession. He guides you throughout the entire real estate process with patience. His immediate response to all questions kept me at ease the entire time. Having multiple simultaneous transactions may bring many complexities. However, we worked through them together. I have worked with other realtors in the past and all I have to say my goodness what a world of a difference working with someone who is on your side!

We interviewed several realtors and chose Sergio and are very happy with our choice. He was the only realtor who stayed to discuss his research and provide information in person with handouts for us to retain. It was very personalized. He also had great experience with the Bridgeport market and specialty loans which turned out to be a big plus. His photographer was amazing and the marketing for the property generated great interest. We had multiple offers the first weekend for the asking price and above. Sergio also walked us through the process, and was very responsive to all our questions. He also checked in regularly, so very proactive. I would work with Sergio again and highly recommend him if you are looking for a partner in the process of selling your home/property.

Mr. Sergio Bedoya went above and beyond to make sure we got into the house of our dreams. To be quite fair, above and beyond is an understatement. He was persistent, quick, straight to the point, and answered our most ridiculous of requests at ungodly hours.
