I cannot praise Sergio Colicheski enough for everything he did to make my home purchase so easy. Sergio worked hard every day to help me get details and showings for every viable home in my budget. He promptly responded to even my silliest questions. He worked in tandem with my lender to make sure all my bases were covered. My offer, acceptance and ultimate closing were seamless. All I had to do was say, “I want this one”.
As if this weren’t enough, I would be remiss if I did not share the most impressive thing about Sergio - his integrity. This market is messy and buyers/sellers are doing some sketchy things - many agents are allowing it. Sergio stands firm on doing the right thing for his clients and making sure their transactions are upstanding, even if it means losing a particular deal. Sergio made what could have been a challenging and emotional process, a very smooth process.

Of course the property is amazing on its own, but he marketed it quickly and with great shots to grab the attention of buyers.
