About Sergio & Sofia

Apart of being happily married for the last 10 years and being blessed with a seven-year old son - Samuel, Sofia and I have known each other since we were 5 years old. We each have our own strengths and abilities that combined, become a powerful tool that many people have being able to use to obtain top dollars for their houses when it comes time to sell them and, to find the perfect home at the right price when it comes time to purchase one.


Sofia has an interior design diploma from the university of Fort Lauderdale which becomes very handy when it comes time to prepare houses for sale. Her staging tips and ideas have allowed and continue to allow sellers to obtain top dollar for their houses making them very attractive to all the potential buyers.


I have a degree in computer science which allows me to be very methodic, organized and able to use technology to promote our client houses, to search for the best opportunities for buyers and to maintain constant communication with all our clients, during and after the transactions are complete.


Both being born and raised in Colombia along with our long time living in the US, are completely fluent in English and Spanish which allow us to represent the interest of our friends and clients in a better way, covering the great diversity of this area.


Since we got our real estate license we have help dozens of families to reach their goals, selling their houses for top dollars, helping buyers move into their dream homes and helping investors maximize their returns.

We had a lot of curveballs thrown at us throughout the buying process but he always was quick to respond, follow up with the appropriate parties and keep us informed and answered all our questions.
