With over 20 years of development experience, Seth’s leadership and vision are the driving force behind Focus Builders. He spent the first 10 years of his career as a retail commercial broker and developer, working as a development partner for a southeast regional retail development firm. Through that experience, he has developed a solid perspective of how a project should take shape, and a full understanding of what will advance Nashville’s neighborhoods to their fullest potential.
