About Seth

Seth Bernstein Lifelong resident of Atlanta, GA, Seth is deeply knowledgeable about the city and state that he calls his home.
Upon graduating from Vanderbilt University, where he double majored in political science and philosophy, Seth spent a year in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, as a ski instructor, enjoying one of the few hobbies he enjoys as much as real estate.
Seth returned to Atlanta to found The Mainland Company, a real estate development company active throughout the United States.
Philanthropically, Seth sits on the board of the Southeast Region of the Jewish National Fund, as well as the endowment committee for Torah Day School of Atlanta, and board of advisors at the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.
In his free time, Seth enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors. He looks forward to new real estate opportunities and ventures both locally and abroad.
Seth and his wife, Abby, have a son and daughter. They are already learning about Atlanta real estate, as almost all family outings and errands with dad end up taking the “scenic way” home to scout out potential opportunities.
