Seth Gold

Seth Gold brings his life-long passion for real estate and extensive marketing experience to Domicile Realty. As he works with his clients, he is very aware that they are making one of the biggest and most memorable investments of their lives. Seth truly embraces the opportunity to assist them with commitment and enthusiasm.

Drawn to the sunny North Carolina summers and mild winters, Seth moved to North Carolina from Connecticut to attend High Point University. He graduated magna cum laude with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. During his university years, he applied his learning in practical ways to found an eco-friendly apparel line that won multiple business presentation competitions. He continued his professional development by managing the merchandise operations at the Greensboro Coliseum while also being an independent business consultant.

When not at Domicile or with clients, Seth can be seen working out in the gym or playing competitive ping-pong. He takes full advantage of the lovely North Carolina weather by participating in endless games ultimate Frisbee throughout the university area. He also enjoys the abundant creative musical talent in the Triangle, adding to it his own love of picking the guitar.

The Governors Village area has quickly become a fond place of Seth’s, offering delicious meals, haircuts, and business opportunities, all within walking distance. Although Seth doesn’t have family in the nearby area, he has quickly become an integral part of the Domicile family and a welcome addition to the community.
