About Seth

Seth, the owner and responsible broker of CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty, began selling real estate in 2008 in the middle of the real estate downturn. Freshly graduated from Black Hills State University, he had to learn how to find innovative ways of building consumer confidence while also assisting home sellers in a difficult market. Through that process, Seth learned quickly how to develop a strong business plan and efficient marketing strategies. Quickly working to become one of the top producers at CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty, he was given multiple production awards and quality service awards within the CENTURY 21 franchise. Seth was given the opportunity to purchase CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty in 2013. That same year, he was awarded the Black Hills Association of Realtors' Rising Star Award. Within his profession, Seth is president of the Black Hills Broker Council and is an active member on the board of directors for the Black Hills Association of Realtors.

More importantly though, Seth is active within his community. Since 2012, he has volunteered for the Meals on Wheels program, which delivers hot meals to homebound individuals. He is on the board of directors for Working Against Violence Inc., which is a non-profit whose primary purpose is to assist women and children in crisis situations. Seth is also a proud sponsor of the Young Professionals Group within the Chamber of Commerce, and serves on their steering committee and acts as a co-chair for their Events Committee.

Seth's source of inspiration, humility, and gratitude stems from his beautiful wife, Brittany, and two incredible young boys, Crosby and Wells.
