Seth was the best we have ever used. This was our fourth home purchases and sell. I would highly recommend him. He was always there to answer questions and he didn’t mind showing us tons of houses before we found “the one”. He is also very thoughtful and sent us a nice plant and dropped by with a housewarming gift. 10/10 😊

Seth was so amazing to work with! My husband and I were first time home sellers and we put a lot of hard work into the house. Seth made sure we got top dollar for all of our sweat equity and went above and beyond for us during the whole process. Selling a house can be very stressful but Seth kept us calm, answered all of our questions, gave us great advice, and was super professional the whole time. We can't wait to work with him now to buy our next house!

Seth McConnel is one of the best in the field! We worked with Seth twice on two different transaction types. First house we bought in 2016 was foreclosure off auction and we had to meet very strict deadlines, and we were able to close within 15 days start to finish. Transaction would fall apart without him. He was on the top of everything and had huge network to help us find services needed, he recommended inspection companies that work quick, quick lenders, some roof repair contractors, etc. Second, house we closed on in 2021 was fixer upper fully finished fresh beauty. He was thorough and professional and great to work with. We worked with online lender at that time and even those guys were impressed how quickly things were done on our end and were surprised that they (lender) were bottleneck on closing the transaction. Seth is always honest and forthright. I can’t say anything less than exceptional about him.
