About Seth

Seth has always liked tackling big challenges. He has climbed (and skied down) most of the major peaks in the North Cascade mountain range, survived a major avalanche that required 6 hours of crawling on his stomach through the snow with one leg dragging behind since all the tendons and ligaments in that knee had been torn, and surfed challenging waves in remote locations around the world. An even bigger challenge was starting a real estate business in a rural area, with no connections, just as the market started to nose-dive off a cliff like never before in history. Now, over 12 years later, taking those market challenges head on many years ago has paid off in him becoming one of the top agents in the North Puget Sound consistently. He credits this to one simply philosophy that is his ultimate “challenge” in this business: Treat every single client’s move like it was his very own. While easy to say, he has found that really delivering the “golden rule” is hard to find in this industry. The fact that over 90% of their growth is attributed to repeat clients and referrals is telling to how high a priority it is for him to deliver on this promise, with every client! On a personal note, he is Christian, and he believes that running his real estate business in a way that honors and pleases God is at the foundation of everything. He is blessed with an amazing family (Michele, Grayson, Mirella, Henry, and a black lab named Shadow). They home-school their kids and try to go camping, hiking, skiing, and boating on the lake as much as possible in this beautiful Pacific Northwest that they get to call home.
