Seth REALLY helped my family out during an especially tough time while we were selling our mother's house after she was no longer able to live there alone. Having a great realtor during the exciting times of buying and selling homes is one thing (and he's already known for being the best in that area, based on other Google reviews), but helping a family during an especially difficult time, just shows his empathy, solid character and professionalism. Will definitely use again and recommend highly!

Followed up every time we had a question - was on time w a smile for ea appointment & made every step of what can be a very stressful transaction easy & enjoyable!

Even the houses we didn’t choose had fun looking at them w Seth. Didn’t feel like we were wasting his or our time as he pointed things out pro/con that we Wii don’t have noticed had he not been there!

I don’t usually write reviews but for this occasion I felt the need for everyone to know my experience with Seth Winkleman. He was very knowledgeable of the current market which I was very worried about trying to buy a home in.....he walked me thru all the information and recent changes. I was very picky and he took me to go see over 20 houses and I never felt rushed! I found my dream home...which exceeded my expectations. He helped me negotiate a amazing deal even in this market! When the inspection showed lots of major issues he made sure all my demands were met. I have recommended Seth Winkleman to my friends/family and they all sold their houses for over market value or found their dream homes. I know this may be very cliche to say but I truly had a amazing experience working with Seth and his team.
