Shad was beyond amazing! He is truly a Genuine down to earth guy and was always there and on top of things whenever we had any questions big or small. He was super patient with us and was determined to help us find exactly what we wanted no matter how long it took. Anytime we went out looking and felt Defeated at the end He kept us positive that no matter if it took us looking at 1000 houses together we would find the right one. Even when we like a house a little bit but weren’t in love with it he would say no need to rush the right one is out there. He was so right!! We’re so excited we found the one and move in soon.
As my husband said Shad is the man!!!!

I would definitely use Shad Nasr again for my real estate needs. He listed my home and it sold within hours of being on the market at asking price. He can over and evaluated my property and took professional pictures. He had it on the MLS that same day. He was always professional and went above and beyond. He is absolutely the best! I highly recommend him or anyone buying or selling real estate.

We accidentally became clients of Shad’s when he took us under his wing after a wrong number phone call — the most providential wrong number I’ve ever dialed.

Shad is a thorough, friendly, trustworthy professional who took our needs and desires to heart and set out on a mission to find us not just a “good enough” place, but the perfect one for my family and our current situation.

He was responsive, available by text, phone, and email, and advocated for us as his clients and his sole concern. I know he didn’t make much money off our particular situation, but you’d have thought we were buying a 500k house by how he treated us.

We now consider him part of our family, because that’s how he treated us, and we look forward to recommending his services to anyone in need of real estate help.

We consider Shad to be a dedicated, hard working and true professional. He worked very hard to help us find the home of our dreams and sold our old house within 3 days after being put on the market. He always made himself available when we had questions or concerns and had our best interests at heart. He wasn't a pushy type of realtor but was totally honest with us when we would look at different houses. He would point out the flaws that we made not have seen but wanted the best for us so that we would be satisfied. We would call him after business hours and he would answer our calls anytime. He did this while being a husband, father and business man. We would recommend Shad to anyone looking for a home to buy or who wants to sell their house quickly. Lastly, Shad is a man of faith and we believe his faith along with our faith brought us to where we are now....in a beautiful and spacious home in a really nice neighborhood. Shad is the best!!!!

I met Shad a few months back at my wedding after marrying one of his family members, and I must say he is very polite honest and reliable . I live in Florida and commute back and forth to Michigan . I was considering to sell my condo in Michigan ,so I decided to set up a counciltation with Shad to talk about listing it. I wasn’t sure if I should wait , because it was February and I know people start looking more in spring. He gave me his best advice and was very humble and told me I could wait and also gave me senerios for selling my condo. I took what he said into consideration and listed my condo with him a week later . With in 1 week I had an offer and also a back up offer! I accepted the first offer . Shad was very attentive And made me feel very comfortable listing my home with him. This transaction went very smooth Especially with me living in a different state . I am extremely happy with the outcome of this sale and recommend my mother to us him as well since she will be moving to Florida soon!
