Shade Butler

Shade was born and raised in Corinth, MS and always loved vacationing on Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast. He comes from a family of investors, entrepreneurs, and property management. Shade has bought and sold several personal residential, commercial, and investment properties in the past 14 years, and finally decided to follow his dreams of selling real estate on 30A. In 2015, he started buying investment properties in Florida and loved it so much, he decided to move his family to Blue Mountain Beach. Shade enjoys paddle boarding, riding bikes, boating, fishing, golf, and spending time with his family and friends. He loves the fact that he can help clients find their beach dream homes, great investments or just to get top dollar for their property!
