Shadi is quite passionate with her work and genuinely feels content when buyers such as myself find a home. She is well informed and aware of current market trends which helped with timing and offers.
She goes above and beyond in order to get you closer to your goal. Best part of working with her is that she gives you a map of what to expect and explains circumstances as they arise.
Shadi does not limit you or pressure you into something you are not prepared for. In reality she actually helped us understand and better assess what it is that we want in a more focused manner.

Shadi is very experienced in real estate business. She is very knowledgable, patient, genuine and caring. She has a good professional network and can quickly get answers to any clarification needed. She takes every deal personal and work with her heart & soul to get us our dream home. She guided us on the right path when we had tough time in making the right decision. As a first time buyer, we needed lots of support even after the purchase and she was kind enough to help us right from PG&E transfer to getting a good gardener. I would recommend her as she is one of the best in the market.

We've worked with realtors in the past to purchase/sell our properties and our experience working with Shadi exceeds the rest....by a lot! Shadi was invested in our buying journey just as much as we were. She really took the time to understand our priorities and what our ideal home would be. She was patient with us in our search and gave us the details we needed to make the best decision. I think it's very important to work with someone that isn't out to just make another sale but is genuinely invested in what the best is for their client and Shadi 100% does that. Shadi is an exceptional real estate agent. As a first time home owner, I was very anxious. However, she made this experience very pleasant as she was very knowledgeable, professional, genuine, caring, and extremely patient. Her dedication to find me my first home was beyond my expectation. She never imposed, but explained pros and cons of each house and offered her expertise as a guide. I highly recommend her and will only use her expertise on any real estate job I have in the future.
