Shafaq Chawla

Drawn to real estate through a deep love for luxury interior design, art, and modern architecture, Shafaq joined the real estate industry in 2015, bringing more than seven years of marketing and business experience. A California native, Shafaq was raised in the suburbs of LA and moved to the Bay Area in 2008. She called San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood home for the first few years and now resides in the thriving city of San Jose with her husband, Ismail.

Often referred to as the “Ritzy Realtor®,” Shafaq is known to put the “ritz” in every transaction! She believes five-star, white-glove service should not only be reserved for high-end luxury clientele because whatever stage of life you’re in, this is an important milestone that deserves to be treated with the utmost priority and highest level of service.

Shafaq spends her free time exploring the Bay Area, checking out new restaurants to satisfy her inner foodie, and she has always had a passion for fashion! Shafaq and her husband love adrenaline-inducing adventures and are certified PADI scuba divers. They have a serious case of wanderlust and have traveled to more than twenty-three countries. They also love DIY home improvement and tackle a number of interior design projects as they are constantly inspired to stylize their space. Whether that means building a barn door from scratch or installing their kitchen backsplash themselves, they are always up for a challenge.
