Shafiq is one of the best REALTOR in Texas since 19990 & during these years in Real Estate was one of the top producing agent in 2006 & was awarded with his team the “Sterling Society” also was certified by in the DFW with the following designation Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) & Certified eMarketing Specialist (CMS) in 2007 Shafiq was nominated as a top producer in 2008 to 2010, In 2010 Shafiq helped over 18 families & in 2012 was nominated for tow award the Top producer & the Executive Club, in 2012, Shafiq cognate to help people achieve the american dream by helping over 20 families in 2013 & 2014. Shafiq recently become a worldwide name & recognition in the US & abroad. Shafiq's core philosophy is focusing on the work life balance, which appeals greatly to Shafiq.
Shafiq was born in Northern Israel, in a small village & was migrated to the USA in 1986 looking for the American Dream just like all people who came to this shining city on a hill, with $100 in pocket his first residence was in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma during his college year at OCU. Shafiq worked with Real Estate Investment Company to support his study, in 1989 Shafiq graduate from OCU with a Master Science in Accounting and with a Bachelor Degree in Finance as well under his sleeve he quickly accepted a job with “Home Owner Funding Corporation of America” (HFCA) in Dallas, Texas, Shafiq worked with (HFCA) for over 2 years enough to understand the real estate & financing in & out to own his own company The IDS Investment Group, to own few properties in Irving, Arlington & Denton County. Shafiq has taught his clients the same property managements techniques he uses. Shafiq loves to travel all over the world and has been to over 20 countries.
