Shaiju was more than helpful in finding us our new home. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Shaiju explained everything in a way that was easy to understand as a first time home buyer - from the open house visits, making the offer, to working with the loan officer. Every time we viewed a new property, he would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of house .

I recommend Shaiju to anyone looking to do any real estate transaction in Bay Area!

Shaiju is very knowledgeable and super friendly realtor. He is best in his field. My wife and I being first time home buyer, we had lot of questions and speculation about buying process. I have purchased and sold 3 homes in different states in US now and my experience with Shaiju has by far been the best. He is super focused on his client’s needs and found very creative ways to work towards them. He not only helped ensure fantastic staging of the house but also with the prep work to get the house ready (painting, cleaning etc). Shaiju was very clear upfront about the prices, costs involved and timeline so that there was no surprises whatsoever. His calm demeanor and willingness to explain things were very helpful. He held 2 open houses over the weekend, one of the very first after the lockdown and marketed well to bring in lots off traffic. And most importantly, he helped negotiate a very competitive offer for my family. We recently purchased a single family home in the bay area and Shaiju represented us as first time home buyers. Shaiju is very knowlegable and up to date on the current real estate market trends. He does thorough research on the home itself, very recent sales in the area etc to get an accurate price estimation. This is key in submitting competitive offers in this market and with Shaiju we got that covered. Another aspect is his extreme customer focus and ownership. Once the offer was accepted, he kept us informed on remaining steps, timelines etc and communicated with my lender to ensure we closed on time. Last but not the least we had to deal with an appraisal shortfall as well and he was quick to pick up the phone and talk to the seller agent. In the end due to his interaction, it worked out well for us. This again shows that he genuinely root for the client's success. I would highly recommend him for any first time or seasoned home buyers!!!!

We bought our first home by working with Shaiju Varghese at Realty Experts. We were totally new to real estate market and had no idea about owning a house in the United States. Shaiju was able to explain us each and every details and made the transaction very simple. He was always available via phone and text, no matter how late you call in the evening. He showed a lot of patience during house visits and was willing to explain details and caveats over and over, no matter how many times you asked. I would definitely recommend Shaiju and will always prefer to work with him if we can afford another house in future.
