Shaila Campbell

Shaila Campbell was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She has been a full-time residential Realtor® since 2005 and earned her Broker’s license in 2010.?
Shaila has been recognized for her outstanding work in the real estate community. She was nominated for the Aloha ‘Aina REALTOR® Awards every year since 2006 for providing exceptional customer service and exemplifying high ethical standards. She won this award in 2008 and again in 2015.?

Shaila currently serves as a Director-at-Large for the Honolulu Board of Realtors®. In 2016, Shaila was appointed to serve on the Grievance Committee with the Honolulu Board of Realtors. In 2020, she was elected to serve as Chair of the committee. Shaila is also a 2018 graduate of the HAR Leadership Academy, encouraging Realtors to participate in association leadership roles.?

She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Fewer than 4% of all Realtors® nationwide achieve a CRS designation, which is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors® in the residential sales field. Shaila has also attained her Certified Real Estate Brokerage (CRB) Designation, demonstrating knowledge essential to the practice of brokerage management. ?

Community involvement and affordable housing is very important to Shaila. Shaila has served as a Board Member for Hawaii Habitat for Humanity from 2017-2021. She has been an avid volunteer with Honolulu Habitat for Humanity from 2005-2014, serving as Chair of the Family Selection Committee and as Board Member. In 2009, she was awarded their President’s Award and in 2011 she was honored to be the recipient of the Fran Brossy Lifetime Achievement Award.?
