My wife and I have worked with Shain Tanner and Genevieve for several years now, and we truly cannot recommend them highly enough. Over the years, we've seen firsthand how dedicated they are to their clients, not only helping us, but also helping a close friend sell their home and assisting our brother-in-law with his real estate needs as well.

One of the things we appreciate most about Shain and Genevieve is that there was never any pressure to pursue a particular home or make a decision before we were ready. They genuinely took the time to understand our family's goals and helped guide us through every option available. Their knowledge of the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho market is exceptional. They provided valuable insight as we explored everything from purchasing land and building a custom home to evaluating existing homes throughout the area. Their expertise ultimately helped us find and purchase what we consider our dream home.

It was a PRIVILEGE and a BLESSING to have Mr. Tanner, Kerri, and Dawn in my corner on my first house purchase! I swear, I often think back on the times I just gave up hope on what I wanted... and how I would not be in this new home "NOW" that I REALLY LOVE, and REALLY NEEDED in my life at this time - if I had not been under the most EXCELLENT CARE and GUIDANCE of these individuals, and all the people whom they work with at this agency. Even now, a month after closing on my new home, they're still contacting me to check if I have any questions or need any help... and most of all, to let me know that they are still available if I need anything. I never knew this kind of client or customer service existed! Or, it may be just that these people at this agency actually enjoy, and care about what they do. That being doing "anything" and "everything" within their power (even so much of the sacrificing of their own personal time, energy, and personal resources) to get people - veterans into the homes they truly want, and need. If you're working with these people at this time, you'll see what I'm talking about!
