It’s April 2014 in Reno. Michael was looking for help showing a client a home in South Reno. Shaina had just started and was eager to help. She loved showing new clients homes.
She made such an impression with her knowledge of the neighborhood and market that they wrote an offer, and the seller accepted.
Over the next few months, they helped several more clients find and successfully buy their dream homes.

Shaina and Michael both had terrible experiences when buying their first homes and know what it’s like to feel anxious and scared when purchasing a home.
Michaels background was in Medicine, and you don’t have the luxury of poor communication or not paying attention to the details. Shaina’s background in sales was similar.
They discovered that by teaming up, they could educate buyers and provide excellent communication so that buyers feel confident they have all the information they need when buying a home and that there are never any regrets.
Since that first year in 2014, the Hays King Team (Mike & Shaina) has won multiple top agent awards for helping buyers and sellers in the Northern Nevada area.
