I hear so may stories about how people can't even reach their realtors but if we called Shaista she would either pick up or reply soon. (And we have worked with many different agents over the past 15 years.) Shaista was in constant communication with us throughout the process. We had a huge list of demands for our new home and Shaista worked around the clock to find us our perfect house, in our price range, and she helped us negotiate the perfect deal. Shaista was in constant contact with us, calling us several times a week with updates, helpful information, or just to check in and see if we had any questions. Shaista had numerous other clients she was handling at the same time, but my wife and I truly felt like we were here one and only, top priority client. Shaista even helped us in areas that most agents would refuse to waste their time getting involved with. We had several issues arise with the home we were selling in a different city. Our selling agent in that was not responding to our issues and was not doing anything proactive to keep us updated. Shaista actually went beyond the call of duty, made several calls on our behalf, and helped us resolve our issues. When we were shown a home we loved, we made an offer and signed a contract. Upon inspection we learned the home had several window in which the thermal seal was compromised. We were afraid that we would not be able to buy the home due to all the windows which needed to be replaced. Shaista talked with the sellers agent and the seller was able to have the window replaced under the original warranty. We were so pleased and relieved to be able to buy the home we loved, with Shaista's expertise and negotiating skills. Then we agreed to have Shaista listed our former home as a rental property. We quickly had a qualified tenant who lived in the property for 4 years. Recently we decided to sell that home. There was no thought of contacting anyone else except Shaista to list the property for sale. She referred us to excellent painting and cleaning contractors to get the home ready for listing in one week. Shaista gives us her knowledge that is based on her deep experience as a realtor.
