From the start, Shalawn assistance with guiding me through the whole process was exceptional! I contacted her in November 2021. From that point she walked myself and my wife through the home buying process until we recently closed on our house in October 2022. I’m in the military so my movement was not finalized for a few months. Shalawn never wavered and continued communication through emails, text, and calls. Not only was her communication exceptional, but her knowledge was magnificent. She is a straight shooter and ensured her clients has the bottom line facts on what they are looking for. If it’s something that is within their budget, she would give them the information to fit that profile and is very honesty with her approach. When I came up here in March 2022 for spring break she took her time to personally chaperoned us and show what Virginia had to offer. And this is way before I even knew I had authorization that I would officially be transferred to the national capital region. And it wasn’t just the houses that she was talking about. She had a wealth of knowledge with the infrastructure of the highways, the school systems, and the communities. In addition, she went above, and beyond to save thousands of dollars of out-of-pocket expenses, that would otherwise been added to my mortgage! With all of this, I was extremely confident that we found that only a GREAT realtor, but a friend.
The only reason I’m doing five stars is because I can’t do 10!!
