I must express my gratitude to Shalynn for the excellent customer service I had during my house-buying process. Several of my friends who came before me in the process of buying their home reported positive experiences, while others did not. In any case, I wanted to let everyone know about my realtor, Shalynn, and her team regarding my experience. Now, I have to admit that I was a little nervous when we first started because home ownership is a big responsibility. Especially, since I was the first person in my immediate family to ever do it. But in any case, Shalynn gave me a detailed explanation of everything from start to finish.Nothing was left unexplored.

We looked at 3 houses and fortunately for me, I really enjoyed the first of the three houses I was shown, and the rest is history. Our offer was accepted after we submitted it. When it came time to talk about what we wanted the sellers to help with, fix, etc. Shalynn gave me all the details and even made suggestions. It goes without saying that Shalynn was able to navigate the unexpected and spoke up for me with the sellers. When it came time for closing day. We hit a snag because the items that the sellers agreed to fix were not completed.
Although there were a few small repairs, Shalynn had a conversation with the sellers. The seller hired a handyman to fix the things, and Shalynn was able to work with him. She guided the handyman through every item that needed to be mended so that both the sellers and I were satisfied (she worked the weekend). After four days, we closed, and we all celebrated with a toast and a warm hand off (a day I will not forget). Again, I don't usually write these, but since purchasing a home is an investment, I felt compelled to do so, because Shalynn made the process a lot simpler. I want to thank her and her team once more, and I will tell everyone about her. I'm really happy with the service!

I have used this company and specifically Ms. Higginbotham as a realtor for the selling and buying of 3 homes since 2022. Have had good experiences with all my transactions. homes were sold/bought at fair market prices. Never felt pressured into making decisions like you may with some companies. Let me just start off by saying that this company deserves more than 5 stars! I'm a first time homeowner and upon the initial call to this company, I was met with warm welcoming arms and the rest is history. I purchased my house in late December of last year and was honored to have Altavia Little as my Agent. She's awesome. From her attention to detail, her planning, her scheduling... everything was awesome for it to be my first time ever going through the home buying process. She was very pleasant, punctual and worked around my schedule. We looked at a lot of houses and was able to find what I thought was the perfect home. I was on the verge of making an offer for it but after my home inspection found that the house had structural problems I was feeling down and thought that all hope was lost. I was ready to call it quits but her constant encouragement was on point and definitely what I needed. She had a few heart to hearts with me about the process and how these things happen and not to give up. She was adamant about us finding the perfect house for me and that we found!!! Ms. Altavia Little, was our agent to help us get into our new home. She works very fast . If you tell her what your want and needs are she gear to exactly what you say. Bad credit , good credit no problem, she can help you with all your needs. When you have her as an agent , you just don't have an agent you have a friend for life. Rental properties and for sale properties, she does them all. When we met her , she was just like she say she is over the phone and in her emails. Some agents just find you somehere to go she finds you a place and stays in touch, make sure you are settled and do you need anything else.
