With 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Shan decided to utilize his business experience and transfer his skills into the real estate field. Over the years, he has sold multiple residential and commercial properties as well as assisted with commercial property leasing and escrows within Sacramento, Elk Grove, Natomas, and West Sacramento. He chose Lyon Real Estate not only because it is the largest real estate company in the Sacramento area with 17 branch offices and over a thousand Agents, but because of the extensive training and continuing education available. Outside of real estate, he is fluent in Mandarin, he loves to cook and during the many years of his Chef career, he has had the great experience of being taught in Napa Valley, Sooyuan Chinese Restaurant for local customers. He also loves to swim - 5 times a week, play ping pong - 4 times a week, and sing....yes, he sings at a lot of Chinese communities, including serenading 3 Taiwan Presidents Ceremony and has recorded 2 CDs.
