One of the first eXp Commercial agents in Cleveland, OH, Shannon (Shan) Vrabec is the founder and managing member of Real Estate Repertoire, a real estate investment firm specializing in distressed properties and rehabilitation. In addition to being a commercial broker (agent), Shannon serves as a consultant in real estate project management, investment properties & marketing. Shannon has experience in project management in mutli-family renovation/rehabilitation. Her current focus in commercial real estate include retail, office, & land, and plans to narrow her focus in redevelopment and industrial in 2024/2025.
Shannon matriculated to eXp Commercial in 2023 after joining eXp Realty in 2022 to leverage the technology and global connections the eXp community offers. An avid and eager learner, Shannon became certified in eXp's REO, Relocation, & Express Offers programs within her first two months at the Realty brokerage. She currently partners with Mark Snider in eXp Commercial undertakings, documentation compliance, administrative work, and marketing.
Bringing a fresh perspective to the industry, Shannon applies her formal education in psychology and experience in web design, graphic design, video/photo editing, social media and academic research to bolster marketing, communication, & outreach efforts at eXp.
Earning the title of youngest graduate of Cleveland Neighborhood Leadership Institute in 2017, Shannon is well-versed & connected in Northeast Ohio's neighborhoods & their respective community/economic developments.
A 2020 graduate of King's College London, Shannon is a part of several real estate investment groups in London, UK, attracting foreign investors to the Northeast Ohio market.
Shannon plans to get her CCIM designation and to join ISCS, CREW, among other associations in the late autumn of 2023, and SIOR and IBBA in 2024/2025.
