Originally from Ohio, Shana moved to Colorado to enjoy all the outdoor activities and sunny days. Shana graduated from the Colorado State University with a B.S. in Natural Resources Management, with a minor in political science. After college, she served as a Natural Resources Extension Agent in Mali, West Africa. There she assisted the local people with tree nursery establishment, soil conservation and environmental education. Upon her return from the Peace Corps, she attended the University of Denver, College of Law, earning her J.D. After law school, Shana worked at the Colorado Attorney General's Office as an Assistant Attorney General in the Water Rights Unit. After over 3 years in the practice of law, Shana decided to pursue her dreams of helping people to buy and sell homes and began her real estate career. Throughout her 9+ years of helping people accomplish their real estate goals, she has worked in many different areas throughout the Denver metropolitan area, including Stapleton, Lowry, Washington Park, Hilltop, Crestmoor, Congress Park, Golden, Arvada and Castle Rock. In addition to your typical home sale or purchase, Shana has assisted with 1031 exchanges, short sales, and relocation.
