Shana Stratford

As a fifth-generation Montanan and Missoula native, Shana Stratford is passionate about all things Montana. She married her childhood sweetheart, Bridger Stratford, and they are raising their two daughters on a small farm located directly between their two childhood homes in the Big Flat area. Shana and her husband have owned and operated a construction company since graduating with Business degrees from the University of Montana. They have built and remodeled numerous homes on the West side of Missoula, making Shana an expert in this area.

Shana is enthusiastic about helping her clients purchase or build their Montana dream home. With comprehensive construction, design and sales skills, Shana is confident in her ability to realize her clients’ dreams. Her 15 years of property negotiations and closed sales speak to her business attributes, but the long-term relationships with the people involved are what she is most proud of.

Shana and her family love spending their time together and enjoying everything Montana has to offer. They love camping, skiing, water sports, riding horses and tending to everything on their farm. Shana supports local non-profits and has spent years working at events and raising money for Watson Children’s Shelter, United Way, and Mountain Home.

Shana thinks all transactions should be filled with honesty, diligence and a little bit of laughter. She is determined to help her clients find or build their Montana dream home.
