Shandi Boyle

Shandi Boyle’s love of homes began from a young age, touring the residences her father built and always looking forward to the annual Street of Dreams event. Since then, Shandi has built a strong reputation within the local real estate community, helping people find their dream homes and ease into new chapters of life. Whether her clients are buying or selling, Shandi’s aim is to alleviate as much stress as possible throughout the entire transaction. Real estate is a dynamic and ever-changing industry, and Shandi’s clients benefit from her attentive listening skills, ability to find solutions, collaborate, and make sense of the entire process. Prior to her career as a residential real estate broker, Shandi spent over fifteen years in the mortgage industry, which gives her a unique perspective in lending and transaction management. This is also where Shandi developed a cornerstone of her business: bringing a sense of calmness and patience to even the most high-stress situations. Shandi’s alignment with Compass stems from a shared commitment to exceptional client care, regardless of property type or price point. As a Washington State native, she is well-versed in a range of neighborhoods and gladly works with clients across King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. After spending her formative years in Snohomish County, Shandi purchased a home on the Eastside, then spent a few years on the beaches of Florida before settling back into Washington. She currently lives in Ballard with her two fabulous kids. When not in the office, she can be found planning her next trip, trying out local restaurants and gardening. She volunteers as a family at Food Lifeline and is often found lending a hand at her children’s school.
