Shane Clark

Shane Clark is the President of Americo Real Estate, Ltd. Shane has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His expertise includes acquisition, financing, valuation, asset management, construction, leasing and property management of commercial real estate. In addition to managing the day to day operations of Americo Real Estate, Ltd, he leads the acquisition team for Americo Holdings, LLC and serves as Asset Manager for the partnership entities controlled by Americo. Mr. Clark has been directly involved in the management and leasing of 40 million square feet of commercial real estate, negotiated over 1000 commercial lease and sale transactions totaling over $1.2 billion in aggregate transaction volume and assisted in arranging over $300 million in debt for Americo transactions. Shane is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington where he earned a B.B.A with a concentration in finance and real estate. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and a licensed broker in the state of Texas.
