Shane was AWESOME!!! I had a property on the market for 6 months, the previous realtor I had just wasn’t experienced enough to move this type of property. The property I was selling was a very complicated deal, on top of the market shifting to a buyers market, making selling a property even tougher.

That being said, one day someone from Shane’s office called me out the blue and asked did I want to sell my house. I said sure because I was very frustrated with my realtor at the time, I met Shane a few days later and I was immediately impressed by wait he had to say. He was much more knowledgeable than my previous realtor!

I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell properties, give Shane call. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover… I would bet money Shane will outperform your expectations! He’s a straight shooter, he will tell you what you “need to hear not want to hear”.

This is your sign, call Shane and Lee now!! We had almost given up on getting out of the city and on to a little bit of land. We did all of the things. Local realtor, decluttering, repairs, replacements, and listing! And then we sat. And sat. Took some money off the listing. Added some perks, updated more. And sat more. I think our house got a total of 10 or 12 viewings in 3 months, and all of that was driven by local social media shares-most of them from one person. We decided that after our contract was over we would revisit if this was really the right choice for our family.

So our contract expired. We pulled our house off of the market and weighed our chances of being stuck for another year or two.

And then came Shane and Lee. They swooped in and started talking about marketing. They asked questions, walked through our house, used common sense numbers and approaches. We told them our concerns, the issues we had already faced, and the biggest issue--no one seemed to know that we had a house for sale! Living on a cul-de-sac in a subdivision meant no drive by and no foot traffic.
We were worried, stressed, and ready to give up. Now? Two months later, we have closed on a house we love with a little bit of land and a whole lot of gratefulness for The Blessed Nest couple ❤️
When Shane tells you that marketing matters, he is right. When they tell you they will care about your house, they are being honest. And when you give them the chance to put their hard work out there for you, you will get results!!

Recently I had to sell my mother’s home in Moore. After trying to decide on if I needed a realtor, I accidentally met Shane on the phone about another property. I decided to meet with Shane at the property but met with his wife, Lee.
After this meeting I felt I could TRUST them and signed a contract. The home sold in 3 days. They are highly trust worthy and use all available methods to make their property visible and appealing. Would I recommend them for your property? Most assuredly, YES.

Shane was the first to reach out when my listing dropped off the MLS. I had put up for sell at just the wrong time and was discouraged at lack of traffic and no offers. Shane listened and worked with me to face some realities, make changes, and work through a sensitive situation. There was always a sense of having my best interest at the forefront. Communication was prompt, professional, and often. It fell like a true partnership from beginning to end. We sold within 3 weeks of making the decision to go with Shane and closed one month later. The price was what I wanted and Shane worked diligently on other negotiations which made my offer even more appealing. We worked a couple others before meeting with these 2, and we were becoming less and less hopeful that we could find someone to really help us find our new home. Shane and Lee assured us that we would find our home, and we did! The first day we met in fact! Shane helped us buy our first home and was incredible through the entire process! We had a couple of battles with the builder over some things we wanted and he fought for us every step of the way. Shane has an amazing personality and is very professional. Shane works sincerely to find your new home and/or to sell your current home. He helped me get in my townhome.
