When it came time to sell our home, we were fortunate enough to receive a referral for Shane and his team. With our very first phone call, we knew Shane was a person of the highest integrity, skill, knowledge and experience.  We were considering renovating our property, as it needed quite a bit of updating.  Shane and his wife Lisa, who brings extensive design/marketing experience, gave us several options with the corresponding anticipated outcomes for the eventual sale.  After looking at their prior sales of renovated homes, we decided to turn over complete creative control to this amazing duo. By managing the entire design process, they truly simplified our lives during what could have been an extremely stressful period.  Shane’s constant communication, ability to provide solutions where necessary and access to so many reliable and trustworthy resources made all the difference in the world.  There was no question that Shane genuinely wanted our experience to be a good one, and we so enjoyed our many calls with Shane and his team.  Our home was transformed, in very short order, into a dream home – absolutely the most unique and desirable property, as evidenced by the sale breaking a record to become the most expensive 2500sf, of similar lot size, Quadrant home ever sold in Dupont!!  While this was a tribute to the superb design renovation, it was also due to Shane’s market knowledge and outstanding negotiation skills.  The marketing materials and video production were incomparable and showcased our home so beautifully.  The entire team’s attention to detail and their desire to make the process seamless was so appreciated.  From the very first phone call to receiving a transaction binder with everything included in one place, they absolutely went above and beyond in every aspect.  Shane and his team are truly the best!!!!

It's rare enough to have a great experience working with a real estate agent when you are selling and purchasing a home. It's another to have SUCH a great experience with an agent that you are left with wonderful memories from every step of the process. Agents like that deserve the time it takes to post a review to help other potential homebuyers and sellers make an informed decision when looking for an agent.

Shane Klinkhammer and the Hammer Team with ReMax/Northwest are the real deal. Shane, with his wealth of experience, dedication, sales and negotiation skills, and Lisa, with her design and marketing background, helped get our home prepared to sell for the maximum amount possible. Together, they bring the best a real estate team has to offer.

Shane was always available to answer our questions and guided us through the entire process with professionalism. He was willing to do whatever was needed in a timely manner and his personal relationships with great contractors helped get our house ready to put on the market.

I have worked with Shane and Team Klinkhammer on three real estate transactions. After many years in Lakewood, we unexpectedly needed to relocate to Texas. In fall 2020, during the pandemic, Shane listed and sold my single-family home and a condo rental property, both in Lakewood. Within a week the family home had multiple competing offers. Shane helped us navigate, negotiate, and close that sale quickly. He also assisted with coordinating the repair of several deficiencies from the home inspection. We discussed the possibility of remodel at the condo to increase value, and Shane was willing to manage that on our behalf. He helped estimating remodel costs, increased property values, repair schedule, and market. Ultimately, we decided against the remodel and Shane already had an interested buyer as a backup. set up. We had to relocate shortly before the properties could be listed. Therefore, the sales concluded by remote closing, a new process for us. Shane kept the whole process on track for both properties, dealing with the relator, escrow, title company, and getting repairs accomplished since we were in Texas.

In the fall of 2024, we purchased a summer property in our old Lakewood neighborhood. Based on our positive experience with Shane, and Team Klinkhammer (kudos to Lisa and their daughter), there was no question who we would choose as our realtor. From Texas we researched some properties via Zillo, Redfin, and the internet. I contacted Shane, informed him of our intent, and gave him three properties located in the same gated community. Immediately, he informed us of another property in the same community that was not visible to us on the internet and sent the listing. This property was by far the best in price, lot location, $/sqft, age, condition, and recent remodel. Once again Shane helped us navigate the entire sales and closing process remotely.

I could go on and on everything he assisted with. From little things, like putting on window screens, to major issues like accomplishing repairs and the sales/closing process. He is available, responsive, a negotiator, protects his client, honest and truthful, an expert real estate professional, and a man of the highest integrity, ethics, and character.
