Shane’s primary focus is Land Acquisition for Developers, as he is an exclusive Broker and Consultant with Pulte Homes, one of The Nations Most Respected Home Builders. When he is not doing Land Acquisition, he is training and working with the BluEdge team. Shane also enjoys helping guide investors with similar goals of achieving financial freedom. He is a passionate student of the investment world and believes his clients’ experience and overall success is of the highest priority. Shane, A CCIM Candidate, won the Noble Properties Scholarship in 2022, and in his first year as a CCIM candidate serves as The Chair for Candidate Development/Guidance.
