Yes, Shane is my brother so some will say this review is bias but since he has been my personal realtor in my last 4 home transactions, I can still give you my opinion of what I think and being that I’m his brother I might be able to give you some better details of what he truly brings to the table good or bad.

Shane has been in the home purchase and selling business for over 15 years now (since 2004) and he started off in the mortgage side of the business as a loan officer. After putting in 8 years in that side of the business he was recruited by one of his realtors/brokers he did loans for to come join him in real estate.

Being a realtor over the past 8 years he has brought a lot more to the table than most area realtors since he knew how both the financing side and the realtor side was going to work and made sure to steer his clientele into the right direction with lending options and the right house for them. He knows when a house is overpriced (or underpriced) and knows how to negotiate to get you the best deal based on knowing how much the house should appraise for and what to offer to make the deal happen.

One thing I will say about Shane is that he is very passionate about making sure he sells his clients a house that is not only what they’re looking for but also will be a great house for years to come. He has told me how he has talked many of his clients out of buying a certain house they liked by pointing out the hidden flaws of the house and the repair costs on those flaws. After doing this they decide to keep looking. I am one of his clients he has done that with and that just tells you one thing... he doesn’t care about selling you a house as fast as he can so he can move on to the next client, he actually DOES CARE that you find “THE RIGHT HOUSE”!

So to sum Shane all up.....when you choose to work with him you will get a professional that cares about what you want and will keep searching for the “right” house for you and your family. With his mortgage knowledge and experience he knows how it all works and will help you through the entire process from start to finish. He has even helped many of his clients build their credit back up so they could qualify as he learned many tricks of the trade on the mortgage side.

So, with all that said, even if I wasn’t his brother I would’ve still gave him an awesome review for what he has done for me and all my friends I’ve referred to him. Call him today and experience the “MODI DIFFERENCE” for yourself!

Shane was available virtually all hours of the day! Working midnights and being a first time home buyer didn’t make things easy, but Shane was so helpful and made sure all my first time home dreams came true! Can’t wait to work with him again one day!!
