Best agent we have ever dealt with! My husband and I have bought and sold many properties over the years, but when it came time to buy our little piece of paradise we were lost! We bumbled around and by shear luck of a return email on an empty lot that interested us, we found Shane Mosely. He helped us negotiate our questions and concerns and ultimately saved us from buying a property that wouldn't have been the best fit for our needs. How? He discovered requirements we were unaware of that made the difference in our purchasing decision. Without any promise of a commission to earn, he met us when we came into town, made videos of other properties that may interest us, returned calls or communicated by text and email and in every way made us feel like our process was just as important to him as it was to us. We were close to giving up on our dream of owning at the beach, but Shane came along and saved it! He gently convinced us to reconsider other lots we had crossed off when we were without help or guidance. We are beyond grateful for his service and wish to convey to anyone reading this review that absolutely without a doubt we recommend him. If you need an agent he is the one. Thank you Shane!!
