We hit the jackpot when my brother in law introduced us to Shane to help us sell our home!! We could not of asked for a better experience in the process. Shane answered all our questions and gave us much needed advice. He helped us find just the right people to help with certain jobs that needed to be taken care of. Shane is honest, patient, and helped us get the most out of our sell! He fought for us and made sure we got the best deal in selling our home. It was a very quick process!!!!! He is a genuine guy and we couldn't be more pleased how everything turned out!!!!!!

Shane is not just a realtor, he has become our friend and an important person to us!

Earlier this Fall my family and I chose to buy a 3 bed 2 bath house in Howard Lake MN. It’s a small town, quiet atmosphere, and overall very satisfying place to live for a young and growing family. Needless to say none of this would have been possible without the help of close family and friends… Notably to our realtor, Shane Nemmers I would like to say thank you. I’ve personally worked with Shane for over the past 2 1/2 years trying to find a suitable and affordable place to live. He’s not only proven to be patient but also to be overly committed to his clients going so far above and beyond as to even step aside from the housing market and help me in side jobs. Shane has not only recommended me in multiple side jobs but also used me in many of his own projects. I say this because Shane is an ambitious guy who not only holds integrity close to his heart but is also eager to get to work and try new things... He takes initiative, and if anyone here is looking to make a big decision then a guy or gal who does the right thing and is also ready to take action is the guy or gal for you. Shane encompasses that and I cannot say enough good things about him. From attending multiple extracurricular classes both in state and out of state concerning housing markets/reality to giving me a free lawn mower moving into our new house, this is a guy you can both trust and know will be on top of his game to fight for you. With our initial offer at asking price Shane was able to get the entire exterior of the house painted through good negotiating and a concern for his customers.

If anyone here is looking to purchase a new home or test the market, I would recommend this guy. He will not only be your realtor but will also be a friend. Not just through the housing process but through all areas of your life. He is experienced, reliable, ambitious, and more than likely the right choice for you when considering making a big life decision.

Shane was the correct choice to sell our townhome. He is a kind and caring man, and has served our nation (thanks Shane for your service).
Facing raising interest rates and a cold winter, and after trying to sell our place on our own, we signed on with Shane.
He looked at our place and recommended a few things that it needed to catch the eye of a potential buyer. After we agreed to a plan of action, he contracted out some of the work, we did some of the work, he then staged the home as it was unoccupied at the time. Then, faced with a soft buyers market, brought us several good offers, and it sold.
So happy that we found Shane in a sea of realtors. 👍 Nice Job Shane.

Shane helped me and my sister sell our house very fast and easy and was able to get us a buyer instantly after showings started. The whole process working with him was just very pleasant and stress free and he treated us fairly and gave tips on how to make our house as ready as possible to sell. All in all shane got us buyers that offered more money for our house than what house flipping companies offered and thats amazing i highly recommend his services.
