It was nerve wrecking when I decided to purchase my first home.I was anxious and concerned at the same time. I met Shenisha through a friend who recommended her. After, having our first conversation, my persona changed and I become confident in the process and she earned my trust. Purchasing a home long distance can be very challenging, however she did all she can to ensure I got the best deal and a great house. I am greatlyful to have worked with her and I 100% recommended her. She is brilliant in what she does and will go out of her normal routine to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Shaneisha as our realtor during our relocation to Virginia. Hands down, one of the most patient and understanding people to work with. She listened to our wants/desires based on our family's needs and was sure that we didn’t settle for less. She made the transition from out of state seamless. Communication was amazing…we spoke on a daily basis about homes that hit the market that fit the criteria of our search and she was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. She’s also very personable and can make things seem easier since the home search process is already overwhelming.

During closing, we had the opportunity to meet Kerry, who was an absolute joy to work with as well. They both are very knowledgeable about their jobs and the area. I would definitely use Black Lion Realty and Shaneisha again if we are in search for another home in the Hampton Roads area. Definitely recommend them for your home buying journey!!

When I decided to sell my townhouse, I received a recommendation from a previous client to use Black Lion. My first impression was very positive. Kerry & Shan provided me an awesome presentation on the details of the expectation of selling my property. I left the meeting feeling very confident because I never sold a house before. A few months passed & the Team reached out from time to time to check on me which was really appreciative. When I decided to list my property, I gave Shan a call. Again, she provided more insight to what to expect. All in all, my experience was great; Shan answered all my questions; and keep me abreast of the process. Shan is very personable and easy to talk with. The Team is very professional and definitely care about their clients. Keep up the good work.
