Before real estate, Shanese served as a Programs Captain with the New York City Department of Correction, leading initiatives focused on reducing recidivism and supporting long-term stability after release. That leadership role strengthened her consistency, communication, and execution, qualities her clients rely on today as they move from the first conversation to closing.

When Shanese is not working, she is volunteering serving both the community and the real estate profession through NAREB and HGAR, to expand access to homeownership and elevate standards in real estate.

I had a wonderful experience with my first home purchase thanks to my realtor Shanese Williams. She was very patient and informative. If I had a question, she had an answer. She walked us through step by step. She had no problem showing us as may houses as we wanted to see. All I can say is it was a very pleasant experience.

Shanese Williams is more than a five STAR she’s a 10 . She didn’t look at me a single Black female with dollar signs in her eyes she treated me like I matter and tears are in my eyes right now just thinking about it. Just escaping an abusive relationship I had a few obstacles in my way and I didn’t think I was qualified to get an apartment. she gave me the strength I needed to get my but out there and told me I was more than qualified. Her expertise and kindness went way beyond a Real estate professional. Once she found out how bad I needed a place she said It was now her mission to be a blessing to me. She told me I was someone’s mom and she would like someone to help her mom. She even showed me a no fee apartment and said me getting an apartment was more than the fee. Long story short I now have a beautiful apartment and lots of peace of mind thanks to a random stranger who cared and for that we will be friends for life. Thanks Shanese for reminding me that I am enough and I matter.
