I’m a licensed Managing Broker and real estate operations leader with more than 20 years of experience across residential sales, HUD and REO properties, asset management platforms, and multi-channel marketing.
As the owner and Managing Broker of Empire Real Estate Partners, I lead a full-service brokerage that works with homeowners, investors, and government-owned properties. I serve as a Local Listing Broker for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and complete Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and valuation reports through Yardi P260, Res.Net, and Pyramid Platform for lenders and asset managers.
My background combines compliance, valuation, and marketing — a rare mix in today’s real estate world. I manage contracts, accounting, and regulatory requirements while also running modern marketing campaigns using Canva, MailChimp, Wise Pelican, and social media advertising across Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn to drive exposure and lead generation.
I’ve served in multiple leadership roles within the REALTOR® organization, including Co-Chair of the Indiana REALTORS® MLS Committee, Treasurer of the Southeastern Indiana Board of REALTORS®, and member of the Indiana REALTORS® Grievance Committee. I was honored as REALTOR® of the Year in 2021 for service and leadership.
