About Shanna

I’ve had a passion for showing houses since I was a child. When my parent’s friends would come over to one of our new houses I as eager to give them the nickel tour. As I got older one of my first jobs was holding open houses for my parents, they owned Premier Custom Homes from 1987-2010. I enjoyed showing off the quality and craftsman ship in the new homes and to me it was selling a bit of artwork. I still find homes fascinating today because each home becomes unique as the owner changes things to their individual style.

Keys to helping my clients sell a house: first and foremost listening to my client, staging their home to out shine the competition and marketing to sell quickly for the most amount of money with the least amount of hassle. Providing clients with individual and institutional precise and up-to-date feedback in the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values, giving them a realistic outlook in what they can expect to achieve in today’s market.

Assisting individuals in their quest to homeownership. Weather you are buying your first home, second or fifth, I help you navigate each transaction with ease. I will help you find the right house, bank, builder, school, handyperson and even a favorite coffee shop.

I started my real estate career in 2003 working with a Builder called Premier Custom Homes, LLC. When I began working with them I had three developments Constance Corners in Andover, Woodland Bluffs in Ham Lake and Hamlet Estates in Ham Lake. The Development in Andover was a huge success and all the lots and homes had been sold before 2008. Shortly after that I focused my work on traditional sales, short sales and foreclosures. As traditional home sales became the normal sale again and new construction sales increased I transitioned to Realty Executives International in February 2016. I’ve since been honored with the Realtor of the Year award by Realty Executives in 2019.
