Shannah brings over 20 years of real estate experience in Cambridge, Somerville and the surrounding communities in both sales of residential properties as well as sales and leasing of commercial properties. Formerly with Hammond Real Estate for over ten years, Shannah is with COMPASS real estate and the Carol Kelly Team at 1100 Mass. Avenue in Cambridge.
Prior to Hammond Real Estate, Shannah was Vice President and Director of Leasing for Cambridge Development and Investment Associates, and leased the 220,000 square foot Porter Exchange retail/office building in Porter Square, Cambridge which is currently Lesley University. Cambridge Development was also known for restarting and renovating historical turn of the century homes in the Avon Hill neighborhood such as 33 Washington Avenue and 9 Lancaster Street.
Shannah loves real estate and truly enjoys the very exciting and rewarding process of helping people through the entire process, whether you’re a seller interested in selling your home or a buyer looking to find the home of your dreams. She loves design and is known for guiding sellers on how best to present their home in its best possible light to ensure the highest possible return.
She and her husband own commercial and residential properties in Cambridge, Belmont and Arlington, and they reside with their daughter, Piper Jean, in Belmont.
