Shannon Adler

Shannon has a Masters in Social Work. She previously worked as a child and adolescent therapist helping children at risk and their families stay together in their family home. She is passionate about helping people, and has chosen to use her skills in a new way. Shannon values relationships. She knows that positive things can come for her clients when they work together as a team. She believes that educating her clients during the process will help them make the best decisions and find the right fit for them. Shannon will advocate for you through the whole process, especially when it comes time to negotiate.

She believes that giving back through volunteering makes our local community grow stronger. She served as President of the MOMS Club of Elkridge, offering support to local moms and by helping them become more involved in their community. Shannon was born and raised in Maryland. She has lived in various communities throughout the state giving her first-hand knowledge of it's many unique neighborhoods. She has also been a Howard County resident for over 20 years. Shannon currently resides in Elkridge with her amazing husband and two wonderful teenagers.
