About Shannon

As a 7th generation Native Texan, Shannon Carter has enjoyed calling Austin home for over 20 years. Her passion for real estate began early through her involvement with the San Antonio Conservation Society. There she found a deep appreciation for the beauty of the Texas Hill Country combined with history and architecture.

Shannon earned a BA from the University of Texas and moved to Europe to pursue a marketing career with a focus in international business. She later continued her education and international work at Emory University. Most recently she has served in her local school system and in classical education. Her experiences and a passion for real estate have provided valuable skills that have helped her clients no matter their real estate needs.
