Shannon Clayton

Shannon was born and raised in the suburbs and mountain communities surrounding Denver, Colorado. Since then, she has had the opportunity to travel across the country and has lived in southern California, Washington state, Georgia, and has been happily residing in beautiful central Pennsylvania since 2014. She comes from a background of 25 years in healthcare and is committed to the highest standard of care and compassion when working with her real estate clients. Shannon attended Bellevue College, in Bellevue, WA, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Her skills in design give her the unique ability to help her sellers prepare their homes to appeal to buyers, to sell quickly, and for top dollar. She can also help her buyers see the hidden potential homes have to offer. Shannon also attended The Pennsylvania State University and earned a Master of Education in Training and Development. Her knowledge in education gives her the unique ability to really help her clients understand the process and all of the aspects of buying or selling a home. It has always been Shannon's lifelong dream to enter into the world of real estate. She has a passion for helping others and a love for homes of all shapes and sizes. She knows, first-hand, the excitement and stresses of buying and selling a home. It can be a daunting task. It is her ultimate goal to share in her clients’ excitement, help put their minds at ease during stressful times, negotiate the best terms, and to help guide the buying and selling process to run as smoothly as humanly possible. Shannon doesn’t look at herself as being in the “real estate business”; she is in the business of helping others and just uses real estate as the vehicle to do so. Shannon lives in Hummelstown, PA with her husband and three children. She spends her free time enjoying the company of her beautiful family, traveling the region with her son’s baseball team, and always has design projects in the works at her home.
