Shannon Clunie

Shannon Walker has been a licensed, full-time agent since 2016 and was awarded the Rising Star award in her office for selling over one million dollars of real estate within her first year. Over her career, Shannon has continued her real estate education and is a Certified Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and Pricing Strategy Advisor. She obtained her Broker’s license in May, 2022, which is the highest level of licensure that a real estate agent can achieve. She not only has a passion for improving her own education and expertise, but feels strongly about educating her clients on the real estate process throughout the transactions.

She focuses on bringing the best service and experience for her clients, rather than focusing on the “sale.” Shannon values relationships and has created a successful referral based business, with her past clients calling her for assistance and advice with their own real estate needs, as well as recommending her to their family and friends.

Shannon grew up in Chesterfield and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg. She now lives in Tappahannock, branching out her career to include waterfront properties in the Northern Neck and River Realms of Virginia, while still working out of one of the top producing Long & Foster offices in the Richmond Metropolitan area. She is an active part of her community, volunteering with the Essex County Junior Women’s Club as well as the Tappahannock Main Street revitalization organization.
