Shannon was like a Godsend. I didn't even think it would be possible for me to purchase a home, especially with my hectic schedule as a single working parent, but Shannon went above and beyond. I showed her the house I was looking at and she went to bat for me while I was stuck at my medical job that I couldn't easily take time off for for things like touring a house. She took pictures and videos and inspected every little corner. She went to bat for me and helped me figure out all of the details when I was freaking out and feeling lost and hopeless. Long story short, she is the absolute best! I know I would not have gotten my beautiful little house in the country if it weren't for her extraordinary efforts. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!

Shannon was absolutely amazing through both our first time home buying experience, to selling our first home and upgrading to a new build. She is never pushy, and never makes you feel like you are a burden or wasting her time. She is always happy to help with anything she can! She works whenever needed to ensure the client comes first, and that her clients don’t miss out on opportunities! I wouldn’t use another realtor!

This is the first house we have sold with Shannon and the second house we have bought with her. Every step of the way was a delight. Not once did we ever feel like we were bothering her with all of our questions and she ensured that we were well informed all throughout the process. The amount of time she spent with us to find the right house was beyond measure. She made it her priority to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase and all of our boxes were checked. When it came to selling our house, she flooded the house with potential buyers to ensure we would have the best offers in the table. If and when I move again, I will only call Shannon.

Shannon was great, she still is great. I called her at 10pm at night and she answered my calls just about simple questions I had as a first time home buyer. She was always there for us and unfortunately In the real estate business it seems like not many people are as willing to help as she is. I have heard too many horror stories about being just a number when signing with a realtor. Many have told me about agents that quickly push customers into a decision to try to increase their commission and decrease the due process time of this very significant, home purchase event. Shannon Curtis embodies the exact opposite of such treatment. Her level of professionalism and her knowledge of the industry far exceeded my expectations. My home was purchased on MY timeline. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed into a decision nor did I feel like I was being “upsold” into something outside of my price range. I felt that Ms. Curtis genuinely cared and that she wanted to find the best home for me. The feeling was confirmed well after the home was purchased as Ms. Curtis spent hours with the sellers and their realtor to help resolve a dryer vent issue that went unnoticed in the home inspection. Despite already being paid, Ms. Curtis resolved the issue entirely in my favor. In this market, anyone can be a realtor. But not just anyone cares enough or has enough industry knowledge to fight for your best interest like Shannon Curtis!
