The real estate market in Colorado right now is T O U G H. Having Shannon by my side with her many years of experience and her in-depth knowledge of the community I was looking in was ultra helpful. She was patient and kind with my barrage of questions and helped assuage my jittery nerves when things fell through with an offer. She explained each step of the way, what to expect, the market conditions, and gave her professional assessment of things.
