Shannon has over 15 years of sales, marketing, and customer service experience. She has been an employee of her hometown’s local credit union for over a decade where her excellent negotiation skills landed her a position as the Credit Union’s Remarketing Coordinator and Bankruptcy Specialist.

As a representative of Southeastern North Carolina’s homeowners and future homeowners, Shannon is committed to listening to her client’s needs and utilizing her skills to ensure a successful transaction.

Born in New Hanover county and raised in Bladen county, Shannon understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in the Cape Fear Region with its unmatched beauty, culture, and many historic attractions.

Shannon and her husband Terry currently reside in Columbus County with their two young children. When she isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and relaxing at one of the local beaches. She also has a passion for capturing some of life’s most beautiful moments as a freelance photographer.
